The Crooked Tower actually. The tower started leaning as it was being built. So, after three stories, they corrected for the tilt. At the belfry, there is a second correction. You can see both in the picture. It leans at 85 degrees (15' off at the top) and it is still falling at the rate of 1mm a year.

The Duomo and the Tower: The nave in the cathedral (at 320') was the longest in Christendom when it was built. a Now, I think it's 3rd.
