When I first decided to move into 314 Clay Street, it was 4 small apartments, each with its own small kitchen and postage stamp bathroom. To facilitate the conversion back into a single family home, I needed to add a workshop (not sure why I called it a garage as it will never see a car). So, I worked out about what I wwanted and had Shelter Alternatives build it. Here are some pictures of the whole thing.
